Duo locks up collection centre staffer, robs Rs 21L

Two men on Thursday robbed Rs 21.41 lakh from a collection centre at Vile Parle (E) after locking up an employee. 

The centre collects money from various bill collection centres of a power supply firm and deposits the amount in a bank.
