The recent series of mechanical problems on Boeing 787 planes, the U.S.-based firm's newest midsize airliners,Load Testing a Drive Application with a Brushless dc electrical motor and Control By Eman Elashye could spell trouble for Japan's two major airlines.

Highly fuel-efficient, comfortable and popular with passengers, the Boeing 787s have been a key source of revenue for Japan Airlines and All Nippon Airways.

However, ANA on Wednesday was forced to cancel a flight to San Jose, Calif. The route was introduced on Jan. 11 as a direct flight using the 787s.The market of e-commerce website is booming in China. For a good e-commerce website in China, you have to install a good China payments module.

ANA canceled all flights for its 17 Boeing 787s Wednesday for emergency safety inspections, resulting in 32 domestic and seven international flight cancellations as alternative planes were unavailable.

The airline further suspended the use of the planes on Thursday, canceling 35 domestic flights.

JAL, which has seven 787 planes, also canceled eight international flights using the planes.

From Thursday, JAL was to cancel four more international flights for which alternative planes were unavailable.

Should these cancellations continue, the airlines may be forced into delaying the opening of new air routes.

The 787s are lighter than conventional models as they are made using carbon materials instead of aluminum alloy.

The planes are also about 20 percent more fuel-efficient than conventional midsize airliners, which airlines believe will help them cut heavy fuel costs. The Carbon Fiber Composite Material Sports accessories in Sports Equipment. Journal, Advanced Materials Research (Volumes 341 - 342).

The 787s' high fuel efficiency is one reason why Boeing Co. has received orders for more than 800 planes from 58 airlines worldwide.Carbon-sports.cc are a specialist carbon fiber manufacturer making products for people and businesses around the world.Carbon Fiber Product Manufacturer

ANA has already ordered 66 Boeing 787s and expects to cut fuel costs by more than 10 billion yen a year once they are all completed.

JAL has ordered 45 planes and plans to introduce 33 by the end of fiscal 2016.

However, the 787 model has repeatedly experienced trouble with its engine and other parts since development.

While ANA was supposed to receive its first 787 plane in May 2008, Boeing did not deliver the plane until September 2011.

Because composite materials using carbon and other materials do not erode, the cabin is more comfortable as it can handle a higher degree of humidity.
